DENIC Services is prepared and accepting new format and old format
From August 21. 2025 on, Spec 2025 can be used.
Between Aug. 21. 2024 and Aug. 20. 2025, DENIC Services is accepting both Formats.

As to the new rde Specifications, Section 4.1.21 the method changed from incrementals to differential.
4.1.21.3 [full/diff/hdl/hash] is replaced by "full" if the data represents a full dump, "diff" if the escrowed data represents a differential deposit, "hdl" if the data includes underlying contact data for each handle, or "hash" in the case of the text file containing the hash string(s);

4.1.20 Compressed file(s) shall be encrypted using the DEA's public OpenPGP key and signed using the registrar's OpenPGP private key. The OpenPGP standard as defined in RFC9580 must be used for encryption and signing of compressed files. The algorithms referenced in this section are as defined in RFC9580. File(s) processed for encryption must not use ASCII Armor format as described in Section 6 of RFC9580. No later than eighteen (18) months after the publication of this document, the registrar and DEA shall only support the following algorithms:
