Mandatory Migration to OpenPGP RFC 9580
All registrars must update their PGP key to an RFC 9580-compliant key by 21 January 2027.
ICANN has mandated the adoption of RFC 9580 as the new OpenPGP standard for all data escrow communications. As your ICANN-accredited Data Escrow Agent (DEA), DENIC Services is required to ensure all registrars submitting deposits comply by the deadline.
